Colleen and David

All of us at Flowers on Orchard Lane send out our congratulations to Colleen and David!  They were married on April 28th and their beautiful coral and yellow color scheme brought about the happiness of spring into a day of otherwise scattered April Showers.  We are completely in love with these shots by Kristen Weaver and couldn't help but share their lovely day with you! 

 What a fun bridal party!  They had a blast with their photo shoot in front of the conservatory.

 Coleen shared a special moment with her grandmother, showing a photo of her grandfather that was incorporated into her bouquet as a reminder of his constant loving presence even amidst all the chaotic wedding planning. 

 We loved these colorful centerpieces in the Atrium...  They fit perfectly with the surrounding Chihuly glass art. 

We are so delighted to have been a part of their special day!

Columbus Bride Spring/Summer 2012

The new Columbus Bride magazine has hit the stands! We are so excited to see that many of our brides (and their flowers, of course) made it into print.

Donna Li (Adam Lowe Photography) is featured on the Columbus Bride website as well.

We love her sunny yellow and white combination.

Li's tower centerpieces were full and rounded with yellow Oncidium orchids in the vase. She also had tall curly willow in a vase with orchid accents.

Jess Faller had such a sweet combination for her bouquet (Adam Lowe Photography). Dahlias, succulents, scabiosa pods, dusty miller, crespedia, ranunculus, and roses. 

Stephanie Levin (Grogan Studios) used a bright pool and lime green combination for her palette but kept her bouquet a crisp white.

Carrie Stanek (Claudia Retter Photography) used lush white peonies and garden roses.

Alissa Worley (Claudia Retter Photography) chose a beautiful cascade bouquet.

Mindy Mason (Ben Barnes Photography) incorporated mint and other herbs into her wedding to add not only fragrance, but texture.

We love seeing the final product of all the hard work that goes into one fabulous day. Congratulations to all of our FOOL girls!
